When we explored the platform, we found tracking IT tools like computers and software easy. Asset Panda is cloud-based, so we were not restricted by location, and the updates were super fast. This means you don’t have to be in the office to see what’s going on. Unlike UpKeep and EZOfficeInventory, Asset Panda lets you track up to 500 assets without extra per-user fees.

We also tried the mobile app with barcode scanning and quickly identified different items with our phones. That was pretty impressive! This saves time writing, keeping manual paper records, or using spreadsheets. 

Asset Panda also allows you to set up custom fields to track exactly what you need. This way, you can know who among your employees or teams is with one asset or the other and which needs immediate repairs. Pretty cool, right? But that's not all.
